Good afternoon, I am writing to thank you for your vigilance in noting the ulceration in my ear and asking me to check with my doctor. He referred me to the ENT and I was seen yesterday (I felt a bit worried as they had fitted me in so soon!) Anyway, the consultant (unfortunately I can’t remember his name as I was nervous!) explained it all to me and said it’s not dangerous. He is treating it with an antibiotic and steroid cream every 4 months and I may need an operation eventually if it worsens. He said that he was very pleased that you had picked it up, as it is the sort of thing that often gets missed. I am too, as it has probably saved me a lot of future aggravation. Kind regards .

We came for an assessment on November 23rd 2021. My husband wanted to be assessed for Lyric aids. My husband and myself would like to say how impressed we were with the assessment given to Ray and the amount of care and patience given by Hannah with that assessment. I have worked with deaf and hearing impaired children for all my working life until retirement and have been helping my husband get the most suitable aids for him for many years. I have to say that the hearing tests given by Hannah in your facility in Wheatly were the very best we have ever had, she did the most thorough and complete tests. It was the first time I have felt completely satisfied with the results. Unfortunately my husband was not a suitable candidate for Lyric aids, although Hannah tried everything to see if there was a possibility for them. I do feel that when someone shows the expertise and confidence that Hannah showed it should be acknowledged, and we do hope that she will get a pat on the back. The service was topped up with a complete and comprehensive report that was sent to us and that will enable us to have the correct information to go forward when we need to. So thank you for your excellent service with special thanks again to Hannah.

They have the best equipment – you can see how much earwax you have on a big TV screen! If you end up buying hearing aids from them, they will be meticulously selected for your needs and budget. Unlike some other private audiologists, they are at pains to be transparent with their pricing. Yes, you might save a bit of money going to Specsavers or Boots, but you will get better service and value here.
