I have had a hearing aid from Tripp hearing, for a long time now. I recently had to have two hearing aids, and I have been able try three different types of aids, to make sure I had the right aids to suit me. I am very happy now with my choice and that is only because Claire has worked very hard to find just the right aids for me. Claire has answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. All the staff at Tripp hearing at Wheatley have made sure that I had excellent help and support throughout the process.

I have been going to Tripp Hearing for many years and just bought my hearing aids from them. The experience was great – there was a 30 day trial with no pressure to buy and loads of help and encouragement. My hearing aids are really good – pretty mind blowing in a good way. So many things I can hear that I didn’t hear before. I tried some 20 years ago but they were no where near as advanced and I had to give up wearing them. All the staff I have dealt with have been very knowledgeable, patient and helpful – but I would particularly thank Danielle who guided me from hearing test through the purchase.

Tripp Hearing has recently provided me with new hearing aids. I am in my nineties and worn hearing aids for fifty years. These new ones are almost miraculous, allowing me to enjoy music again, hear my wife, and grandchildren, plug the aids into the tv and dvd player, hear and partake in groups etc etc. Using bluetooth and my smart phone allows the system to adjust automatically. The Roger addon hugely extends their power. Courteous, friendly and concerned service and follow up. Expensive but worth every penny allowing me to rejoin with family and friends, music etc.
