Aftercare: HearPlan or Pay-As-You-Go

Hearing care doesn’t stop once your hearing aids are fitted. With flexible options like HearPlan or pay-as-you-go, we provide ongoing support that works around you—so your hearing continues to perform at its best.

Aftercare That Works Around You

When it comes to hearing care, the journey doesn’t end when you’re fitted with hearing aids—it’s only just beginning.

At Tripp Hearing, we believe that ongoing care, support, and expert guidance are just as important as the technology itself. Traditionally, the cost of hearing aids includes everything upfront: assessments, fitting, follow-ups, and long-term care. While this works well for some, we recognise it’s not the right approach for everyone.

Not all clients need the same level of aftercare. Some prefer a more flexible option, while others value the reassurance of ongoing support built into a simple monthly plan.

That’s why we offer two clear options—so you can choose what works best for you.

Introducing HearPlan

HearPlan is our membership programme designed to make hearing care more accessible, predictable, and tailored to your needs.

Instead of paying for everything upfront, HearPlan spreads the cost of your ongoing care into a manageable monthly subscription, while still giving you access to the same high level of expertise and support.

For £25 per month (one hearing aid) or £40 per month (two hearing aids), HearPlan includes:

-Ongoing support and aftercare appointments
-Regular reviews to ensure your hearing is performing at its best
-Expert adjustments and fine-tuning as your needs change
-Preferential pricing when upgrading your hearing aids
-Exclusive offers on accessories
-£200 contribution towards each new hearing instrument

It’s designed to give you peace of mind—knowing your hearing care is covered, without the need to think about additional costs each time you need support.

Prefer Flexibility? Pay-As-You-Go

We understand that some clients prefer a more flexible approach.

If HearPlan isn’t right for you, you can simply choose our pay-as-you-go option. This allows you to book appointments and access support as and when you need it, paying only for the services you use.

It’s a straightforward option that still gives you access to the same expert care—just without the monthly commitment.

Care That Lasts

Hearing loss and tinnitus can have a real impact on day-to-day life—affecting communication, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

Our role is to support you beyond the initial appointment. Whether you choose HearPlan or pay-as-you-go, you’ll receive the same level of care, attention, and clinical expertise that defines everything we do at Tripp Hearing.

We’re proud that many of our clients stay with us for years—often bringing other family members with them. That long-term trust is built on consistent care, honest advice, and a genuine commitment to helping you hear as well as possible.

Which Option Is Right for You?

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to hearing care.

If you value predictable monthly costs and ongoing support, HearPlan may be the right choice. If you prefer flexibility, our pay-as-you-go option ensures you’re still fully supported when you need us.

Either way, you’re in safe hands.
