Tara retrained as a Hearing Aid Audiologist in 1994, combining her nursing background with the rapidly advancing technology of private audiology. This blend of clinical expertise and innovation has been fundamental to the development of Tripp Hearing, underpinning the high standards of care and personalised approach the practice is known for today.
BSc RHAD
Fidelma joined Tripp Hearing in 2010 as an Audiologist and now leads the clinical team as Audiology Coordinator. She is responsible for supporting and guiding the audiology team, helping to ensure consistently high standards of care and a positive experience for every patient.
Vincent joined Tripp Hearing in 2014 and is our Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day running and development of the business. He plays a key role in supporting the team and driving the continued growth of the practice, ensuring patients receive a consistently high standard of care.

Sarah joined Tripp Hearing in 2021 as an Audiologist at the Witney practice. Sarah is passionate about delivering high-quality hearing care. Sarah is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes and supporting patients throughout their hearing journey.
Danielle is an Audiologist based at our Wheatley practice. She joined Tripp Hearing in 2022 and has a particular interest in helping patients feel confident and at ease throughout their appointments. Danielle takes the time to understand each patient’s needs, ensuring they receive the right advice and support.
Caroline joined our Witney practice in 2022 as a Hearing Care Assistant, before qualifying as an Audiologist. She is known for her attentive and reassuring approach, taking the time to fully assess each patient’s hearing and recommend the most appropriate solutions. Caroline is committed to providing ongoing support, helping patients get the very best from their hearing.
Georgina joined Tripp Hearing in 2023 and is an Audiologist based at our Wallingford practice, having progressed from Hearing Care Assistant within the team. She has a warm and supportive approach, working closely with patients to ensure they feel comfortable and well guided throughout their appointments. Georgina is passionate about helping patients improve both their hearing and confidence.
Nicole is the Practice Manager at our Witney clinic, having been part of Tripp Hearing since 2005. With a wealth of experience, she plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring everything operates smoothly for both patients and the team. Nicole is known for her organised and supportive approach, always going the extra mile to provide a high standard of care.
Chloe is Practice Manager across our Oxford and Wallingford clinics, having joined Tripp Hearing in 2017 and progressed from an administrative role. She brings a proactive and hands-on approach to managing the practices, supporting both patients and the wider team. Chloe is committed to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who visits.
Kelly is part of our reception team at the Oxford practice, having joined Tripp Hearing in 2022. She is often the first point of contact for patients and is known for her friendly and welcoming manner. Kelly takes pride in helping patients feel at ease and ensuring their experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
Olivia is a key member of our reception team at the Wallingford practice, joining Tripp Hearing in 2023. She plays an important role in the day-to-day running of the clinic and is the first point of contact for patients. Olivia is known for her warm and approachable nature, ensuring patients feel comfortable and well looked after.

The RIC style suited me well and made a big difference in understanding people around me. Tripp Hearing has recently provided me with new hearing aids. I am in my nineties and worn hearing aids for fifty years. These new ones are almost miraculous, allowing me to enjoy music again, hear my wife, and grandchildren, plug the aids into the tv and dvd player, hear and partake in groups etc etc. Using bluetooth and my smart phone allows the system to adjust automatically. The Roger addon hugely extends their power. Courteous, friendly and concerned service and follow up. Expensive but worth every penny allowing me to rejoin with family and friends, music etc.
