Highly recommend ,lovely atmosphere, all staff had lovely manners . Made to feel very comfortable a very enjoyable experience Danielle took time to explain the process to me will definitely be going back again.
Danielle was a delight to be with. She was warm and friendly and very professional. She listened to our concerns, as having new style hearing aids for my husband and myself being in our 80’s was challenging. Danielle was very patient and reassuring, and we had a few laughs all together. I can’t praise her enough. Thank you Danielle.
As for my recent experiences with Tripp I have found them to be a most professional organisation and that Hannah Gray is extremely knowledge about all aspects of hearing problems and I would certainly recommend her and your organisation to any friend who has similar problems to those that I have.
